Liability Disclaimer:
The University of Faisalabad, the Entrepreneurship Society, the Center for Collective Activity (CCA), and the National Business School (NBS) are not responsible or liable for any losses, damages, or issues that may arise during the startup's tenure at the I-Shop stall. By accepting the stall, the startup agrees to operate at its own risk.
Stall Condition:
The startup is responsible for maintaining the stall in the same condition in which it was handed over. Any damages or loss of property will be the startup's responsibility, and the startup will bear any repair or replacement costs if necessary.
Responsibility for Losses:
The startup is solely responsible for the security and management of its inventory, products, and cash flow. Neither the University, the Entrepreneurship Society, CCA, nor NBS will be held accountable for any loss of goods, money, or materials during the startup's use of the stall.
Compliance with University Rules:
The startup agrees to comply with all relevant rules, regulations, and codes of conduct as established by The University of Faisalabad. External students or visitors are strictly prohibited from entering the university premises. Any violation of university rules may result in the termination of stall usage rights.
Stall Operating Hours:
The official operating hours for the stall are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The startup is required to ensure that the stall is properly managed and staffed during these hours. Any absence or unavailability must be accounted for in advance, and the startup must ensure that the stall is secured outside these hours.
Staffing Requirements:
The startup must arrange for proper staff to manage the stall during all operational hours. If the startup is unable to be present due to other commitments, they must ensure that a designated representative or salesperson is available to manage the stall.
Attendance Responsibility:
Neither CCA nor National Business School (NBS) is responsible for ensuring the attendance of students managing the stall. Students must ensure that they attend all classes as per the university schedule, regardless of their commitment to the stall.
Pricing Guidelines:
The startup agrees not to overcharge or charge prices that are inconsistent with market standards. All prices for products or services must be clearly displayed and must not exceed reasonable limits. Additionally, no charges will be levied on startups for any services provided during their participation in the I-Shop program.
University’s Non-Responsibility for Business Success:
The University, Entrepreneurship Society, CCA, and NBS will not be responsible for the success or failure of the startup’s business operations at the stall. The startup must manage all business activities, promotions, and sales independently.
Eligibility for I-Shop Program:
To participate in the I-Shop program, all startups must be incubated within the Entrepreneurship Society's incubation program. Startups not part of this incubation program will not be eligible for stall allocation.
Removal of Stall Items:
At the conclusion of the startup’s designated week at the stall, all items, products, and materials must be removed by the startup. Any items left behind may be disposed of, and the startup will be liable for any associated costs.
Breach of Agreement:
Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in immediate termination of stall rights without any prior notice. The University, Entrepreneurship Society, CCA, and NBS reserve the right to vacate the stall without prior notice or explanation.
Selection Process and Rejection Rights:
All startups will undergo a selection process before being allocated stall space. The University, Entrepreneurship Society, and CCA reserve the right to reject any application without providing a justification for the decision.
Right to Amend:
The University, Entrepreneurship Society, CCA, and NBS reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to the startup in a timely manner.
